About
As my training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, my work is deeply rooted in relationship and connection. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself—where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard—is one of the most powerful tools for growth and healing. I strive to create a space where clients can show up fully, explore their internal experience, and begin to make sense of the patterns and pain that may be holding them back.
I work through a relational and systemic lens, which means I look at how our experiences—especially within our family systems—shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I draw from a number of modalities including Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand how their past shows up in the present. Whether we’re exploring your internal emotional world or the dynamics in your relationships, I view therapy as a space where we focus on process over content—tuning in to the “how” and “why” underneath what’s happening.
My hope is that everyone who walks into my office feels deeply known. I believe we all carry “stuff”—pain, stories, coping strategies—and that naming those things out loud, in a safe space, can take away their power. Therapy is about learning to hold your emotions with compassion, break free from unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more connected, fulfilling life.
